Mr. Junior Photographer is at it again, by it I mean his career as a photographer. We recently did a photo shoot in our studio and had a ton of fun. All photos of Christopher taken by Mr. Junior and he did one heck of a job directing the shoot. I think it’s safe for me to speak for Angela and say we are so proud of him, even if he doesn’t follow in our footsteps (but there will be consequences). This kid is good, I mean really good. He’s very photogenic, his personality shines bright and he has a heart-melting kind of smile. This is our son Crosby and he is an amazing subject to photograph, hence this is the tenth addition to this series. Here we are hanging out in the Deep Ellum district of downtown Dallas… he just jumped out of the car and started doing his “posing” thing. Check out the photos from our impromptu session.

Another perfect day to be outside photographing. The sun was shining, but the clouds were in abundance creating some very soft natural lighting. It’s days like this when a photographer wants to call into his day job and say, “I can’t come in today, otherwise I’d get sick.” Enjoy and have a great rest of the week!

Today was such a perfect day to be out photographing a round Dallas, however, I just happened to be at the office working. During a morning break I was able to capture this photograph of the Dallas skyline, looking south from the Oak Lawn area. The sky was covered with clouds all day, humidity was high with a slight coolness to the wind. Here’s to hoping tomorrow looks the same.

We’ve gotta admit, Wisconsin is a very beautiful state no matter the season. Our last trip to Wisconsin, we spent some time traveling through the countryside and the sights were simply awe-inspiring. Some of our visitors inquire from time to time about purchasing prints of our work. If there’s enough interest in this collection, we’ll place them online for print ordering. Happy viewing!

Guess who’s back! Mr. Junior photographer is back at his modeling fascination. This edition to the series showcases a collection of the many faces he makes on a daily basis, as well as some updated portraits. What a fun kid to work with! He is looking forward to the next session where he will actually be the photographer and I (Christopher) will most likely be the subject.

Well, if you’re wondering where he’s been, here’s the scoop. Mr. Junior Photographer has decided to pursue his career as a professional soccer player, which, quite honestly, does not leave any time for photography within his busy schedule. Monday through Thursday – soccer practice! Saturday and Sunday – soccer games! And of course his daily job of 3rd grade. Check out some of the pics from his recent weekend with the FC Dallas Academy team.

We recently visited the city of Minneapolis where we photographed the wedding of Amy & Ryan Carter (pics to come soon…promise). What an awesome city – reminds me of Austin, Texas. It was very lively with lots of people walking and biking, and the nightlife was the same. Saturday, we had some free time to actually get out of the hotel and see some areas of the city – AND IT WAS AWESOME!!! Check out the photographs captured by Christopher.
