Hey everyone! Join us in giving a huge “CONGRATULATIONS” shout out to Roseline & Jason – they are engaged and set to be married this late summer season. Finally, finally, finally we get to post bridal portraits for Megan (Case) Tabor who was married this past Sunday evening. What can we say about Megan – she’s super and duper, she was a rock star during her bridal session, she laughs at the weirdest things! Megan is such an amazing person and we had such a great time working with her. Our future brides have a lot to live up to because Megan was and is amazing! We are so excited to finally post a preview of our bridal session with Stacey (McMillan) Wade – her and Randy were married this past weekend. We spent a quiet morning with Stacey at the Dallas Arboretum and she totally rocked her session. Stacey’s one-of-kind dress was made by the very talented Eduar Lamprea. I cannot believe it has been a month since we last posted anything to our blog. To our readers… we are so sorry for keeping you in limbo! You’ll forgive us , right…Cool! Let me introduce you guys to one-half of Lucky Pro Photography, Angela. Yesterday afternoon we were at the Dallas Arboretum waiting to begin a bridal shoot, when we pulled together a quick mini-session just for fun. Just so happen that when I got home and started editing the photos, something hit me. I know how beautiful my wife is, but photographing her for those 5 to 10 minutes  put it into a whole new perspective. To me she’s absolutely gorgeous – tie this in with her personality and you’ll see why I love her so much.

Angela is a very talented woman and she wears many different hats: wife, mother, photographer, nursing student, small group leader, friend and more. She grew up in the town of Appleton, Wisconsin – but I’m transforming her to Texan. She is an artist by nature and a creative genius at times. Lucky Pro Photography would not be the same without her in the picture, literally!

Ten things I love about Angela: Her personality, her northern accent, her eyes, her spirituality, her passion, her cooking, her face, her persistence, her hugs, her wittiness.

I think the world of my wife Angela, and at this particular moment I am falling in love with her all over again – remembering one of our favorite saying, still climbing…

The waiting and anticipation is over. We released our new portfolio website to the public today. We are so excited about this release as it is truly a showcase of our work. From the first opening of the website, you’ll know this is serious! The website features just about all the clients we have had the pleasure to work with. The photos are high-resolution and they fill most of the screen, giving you a better sense of the quality of our photographs. You’ll notice more photos throughout our portfolio broken into three categories: Weddings, Love & Life.

Aww, check out little miss Nala at 6 months old. Followers of our blog will remember Nala from her newborn session earlier this year. She must think photography means “time for baby to sleep”, which is totally fine with us. She did, however, wake up eventually and share her sparkling personality with all in attendance at the Dallas Arboretum. Nala has definitely found a soft spot with us… we just love her so much!

Before you view this post, prepare yourself to saw “Awwwww” a lot! Everyone, meet Stacey & Randy. We did a tour of locations for there Dallas engagement session – we started at the Dallas Arboretum, made a quick stop at Lakewood Theatre, hopped on over to Times Ten Cellars and ended the evening at their home in North Dallas. We had such a great time with this couple incorporating some of their favorite places into the session.

Stacey & Randy, we are so excited for your wedding this coming spring especially with it being outdoors with great lighting and views – whoa, just got chills thinking about the awesome day you’re going to have!!!

Meet this amazing couple and their son. Nanette came to us to capture some artistic family portraits. We photographed at the Dallas Arboretum on an awesome spring day. They were so relaxed and easy to work with…even little Trumpet was very much cooperative throughout the session. During our session we learned that Nanette and Rudy are musically and vocally talented – we’re currently enjoying a couple CD’s of their work.

Nanette & Rudy, you guys have such positive spirits and outlooks on life. You are going to be great parents!!!
