Bridal Portrait, Enhancing The Natural Beauty!!!
Fourth article of Before & After post processing with Lucky Pro Photography. We found in a lot of cases that most people would be satisfied with our photos directly from the camera. A lot of effort goes into getting a great photo from the start which makes the editing process very simple. In this session we examine a bridal portrait of a previous bride, our friend Shanna. Let’s get started!
Okay, here’s the original photo right out of the camera with no tweaks. Examine it…the pose was great, the exposure is balanced and overall, the photo looks great. Now let’s make this good photo an awesome photo!

Lucky Pro Natural – We use this technique on roughly 80% of all our photographs… this is the defining process of Lucky Pro Photography. The technique begins with the subtle desaturation of all the colors which works wonders to soften skin tones. Next we add more contrast to the eyes to make them “pop”. Bringing all the color levels back evenly produces an more even-toned and even-saturated photograph. In this particular photograph, we added a heavy Vignette effect to focus in on the subject of the photo. A slight increase in the saturation and voilà.. it doesn’t get much better than this!!!

Classic Black & White Split Tone - Another signature processing technique and a favorite amongst fans of B&W Photography. A normal B&W photograph removes all color and uses variations of gray for highlights and shadows. Our preference is to use a light brown tint for these attributes which gives the photos a little more depth and emotion.
